What colors of acrylic paint do i need?

I’m starting with acrylic painting, I already have the brushes and other supplies, except for paint. I don’t know what kind to buy, I need a good quality paint, but I need it for a reasonable price. What are the list of the colors that I would need. Thanks for any help!

What is the proper name (if there is one) of the acrylic paint that they use to make 3-D acrylic nail art?

I’m not sure if its just called 3-D nail art paint, or whatever, but I want to know what its called. And also, where might they sell it, and would it be expensive to buy?

I always find what I am looking for on places like posters.com, or art.com, but the prints are too big! I have a small apartment, and I am looking to buy two or three art prints in smaller sizes to hang on my walls..not huge poster sizes..I don’t want it too be too over powering.
